Our Promise

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first purchase of any Agua Viva product, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly offer:

  • A store credit for something new, or
  • A replacement product of your choice
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

 

Conditions and Limitations

To keep things fair for everyone, there are some conditions and limitations:

  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Your request must be made within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Our satisfaction guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product.
  • This guarantee is limited to one time per product, per customer.
  • Before processing guarantee requests, we ask customers to complete a short Satisfaction Guarantee feedback form so we can better understand their experience and continue improving our products.
  • In some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned before issuing a refund. If a return is requested, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • To keep our guarantee fair for everyone, we may limit or deny claims in cases of repeated or excessive requests.

Even if your order falls outside of this guarantee, we would like to hear from you so we can make things right. 

 

How to Submit A Request

Send us an email at customerservice@aguavivacare.com with the subject "Guarantee Claim" and describe the issue that you've had with your product. We will work with you to make sure we can resolve your issue.
