Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges; however, if you have an issue, please let us know so we can make it right. Although we cannot accept returns, we hope to resolve your issue however we can. 

We understand that every customer’s experience is unique, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and will do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but we know that mistakes and damages can sometimes happen during transit. Immediately upon receipt of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us at customerservice@aguavivacare.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work quickly to make it right.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please check your tracking information first. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, we recommend the following steps:

  • Verify your shipping address to ensure it was entered correctly at checkout.
  • Check with your local post office or delivery carrier to see if they are holding your package.
  • Allow a few extra days, as shipping delays can sometimes occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

If your package is still missing after these steps, please contact us at customerservice@aguavivacare.com, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
